What is Nuvielle’s return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Plus, all orders $35+ are covered by our 100% money-back guarantee.

A few important notes:

  • Items marked final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Simply visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
Use your order number and shipping zip code to start the process and receive a prepaid return label.

About exchanges:

  • We accept one exchange per product purchased.

  • If you need to exchange more than once, you’ll need to make a return and place a new order.

  • Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different shade or variant, subject to availability.

All returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis to make sure you’re taken care of.


What if I don’t like the color?

We do our best to display product shades as accurately as possible on our website, but screen settings can cause colors to vary. If the color isn’t what you expected, no problem — our return policy still applies.


Do I need a receipt?

Your order number or receipt helps us process returns faster. If you don’t have one, we may ask for additional details to verify your purchase.


Is there a time limit?

Yes. Please initiate your return or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Once you receive your shipping label, items must be sent back within the same 60-day window.


When will I receive my refund?

For credit card purchases, refunds are processed within 14 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or billing cycle.
Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
